Glimpses of Gratitude
In 1999, I had the privilege to visit the current HiTech City , it was a tall building towering over as it stood like silent guardian which was going to shape the future generation of an entire state and did show the nation a way to stress about technical education The beginning of the state and the nation to change. The change the people’s mind set from how to earn my lively hood to how to get a job in a multinational company. The land surrounding the building was a thorny and marshy land which never saw spec of development was now an address to multinational companies and tech giants of the west.the land was literally yielding gold.I was determined to become a techie and 14 years later i tried in the first attempt but failed. The next year I was successful to get a job in the iconic building which was in my dreams for 14 years.

“తెలీదు, “ఏం చదువుకోవాలో తెలీదు,
చదువుకుంటే ఉద్యోగం వస్తుందో రాదో అన్న నమ్మకం లేదు, చదువుకు తగ్గ కొలువు దొరికితే తప్ప.. సేద్యం చేసుకోవడానికి సెంటు భూమి కూడా లేదు.అలాంటి దిగువ మధ్య తరగతి కుటుంభంలో పుట్టిన నాలాంటి సామాన్య యువత ఎందరికో ఇదే ఆలోచన, రేపన్న రోజు ఎలా బ్రతకాలి? ఏం చెయ్యాలి? అన్న సందిగ్ధంలో ఉన్న నాలాంటి ఎందరికో మీ ముందు చూపుతో పరిష్కార మార్గాన్ని చూపించారు .ఒకటి మాత్రం మనస్సాక్షిగా, మనస్పూర్తిగా చెబుతాను.ఈ జన్మను తల్లితండ్రులు ప్రసాదించి పెంచి పెద్ద చేసి, మంచి విద్య సమకూర్చారు..ఆ విషయంలో వాళ్ళకు జీవితాంతం ఎలా రుణపడి ఉండి వాళ్ళ కోసం ఆరాట పడతానో..
కష్టాలను ఎదుర్కుంటూ, ఈరోజు ఈ స్థానంలో సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాను అంటే..అది చంద్రబాబు గారు పెట్టిన బిక్షే..ఆనాడు “IT” అనే రెండు అక్షరాలు జీవితాన్ని ఇస్తాయని, ఆయనే ఆ పదాలను నావరకూ, నాలాంటి ఎందరికో పరిచయం చేసారు ..!ఆ పుణ్యమే ఈరోజు నా కుటుంభాన్ని ఇలా నిలబెట్టింది!ఆయన చేసిన సాయం..ఆయన ఆలోచనా పుణ్యం. జీవితాంతం, ఊపిరి ఉన్నంతవరకూ గుర్తు చేసుకుంటునే ఉంటాను..

1997-99 డిగ్రీ చదివే రోజుల్లో తర్వాత ఏమిటి అనే ఆలోచనలు చుట్టుముట్టేవి. ఎందుకంటే ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ బీఎడ్ లేదా చిన్న చిన్న ప్రైవేట్ జాబ్స్ వైపు మాత్రమే వెళ్ళాల్సిన పరిస్థితి. అవి తప్పితే ఎప్పుడో తప్ప భర్తీ చేయని APPSC జాబ్స్. అలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో ప్రపంచం చాలా పెద్దది, చదువుకుని, టాలెంట్ ఉన్న వాళ్లకు మంచి మంచి అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి అని చూపించి, ఆ అవకాశాలు ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముందుకు తీసుకు వచ్చిన ఘనత శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారిదే. 2001 లో ఎంబీఏ పూర్తి చేసి యూనివర్సిటీ బయటికి వచ్చిన నాకు అవకాశాల కోసం పెద్దగా వెతుక్కోవలసిన అవసరం లేకుండా మంచి కంపెనీలో ఉద్యోగం వచ్చింది. అంతకు ముందు ఆ కంపెనీకి ఇక్కడ ఆఫీసు కూడా ఉండేది కాదు. అలాంటి వాటిని తన అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ విధానాలతో ఆకర్షించి, యువతకు ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పించిన ఘనత శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారిదే. ఈ రోజుకూ నాకు ఆయనలో నచ్చే లక్షణాలు….. ఆయన క్రమశిక్షణ, మాట తూలని నైజం, స్థిర అభిప్రాయాలను ఆచరించడం, చిన్నా, పెద్ద అందరికి గౌరవం ఇచ్చి మాట్లాడటం!!! నాకే కాదు….నాలాగా ఎందరికో జీవితాన్ని ప్రసాదించిన మహా నాయకుడు శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు.
